1.         What is ORC?

 

“ORC” is abbreviation for “Online Reporting Centre”. It is an integrated service for you to lodge reports on the following matters:

 

·        Environment

 

·        Immigration offenders and Illegal employment

 

·        Housing maintenance

 

ORC gives you convenience to report on the above matters without having to know, which agency to submit to.

 

 

2.         When do I use ORC?

 

When you want the Government to take action on matters pertaining to (1) environment, (2) immigration offenders and illegal employment, and (3) housing maintenance, but do not know which agency is responsible for the matter, ORC will come in handy.

 

ORC will shield you from the underlying mechanics of government agencies’ processes, and will help to address your report.

 

 

3.         How do I submit / check status of a report via ORC?
